Bringing the Indoors Out!

With our great weather and views our patios are becoming the most used area of our homes. The kitchen island with the great room has been the biggest introduction of the inside of our homes. The same is true with our unlimited space outdoors. The outdoor kitchen now brings us together to enjoy the beautiful mountain or city views, where everything is at our fingertips.  The furniture that is available for outdoors now is every bit as comfortable as what we have indoors. The style, color, and fabric are not a concern with the durability of Sunbrella fabric. This fabric has revolutionized the Patio industry. If you want southwest inspired design, Midwest or contemporary, Sunbrella fabric has it all.

Fire pits, water features, and TV’s are becoming as common as the old cement pond. We now have a space to resizedvds_Flair_03escape to from our hectic lives. The furniture for the patio is made for the long hall. We don’t have to bring everything in as in the past. If you rinse off the patio you don’t need to worry that the frames will rust or the fabric will be drenched.

Synthetic wicker is all the rage now. It is so realistic looking you’ll have trouble telling it from the real thing. Wicker won’t be s hot to the touch as dark metal will. As with everything in our desert climate, our constant sun, heat and wind can take its toll so having a covered area is huge for this type of furniture. resized_color_group_rev

Shade products are as plentiful as furniture styles. Umbrellas come in every size, shape and color. The offset cantilever umbrella can rotate and change angle so you can cover different areas of the patio with one umbrella.

Andover_6377And10moreThe outdoor living room is becoming more popular than just having the standard dining set. The traditional dining set is very upright, so we usually go into the living room to enjoy our coffee at the end of dinner. So with the comofrtable club chairs with a higher than normal coffee table, known as a chat or conversation table, we can now have a dual use dining and lounge area all in one group.
